Do I have to be in the United States to study at the Institute?

In some courses it is mandatory to live in the United States.

Classes are Recorded, Live or Face-to-face:

We have 3 modalities

Online Live, where you interact with the Professor Live and apart from that you can see that same class again Recorded for 2 months.

Pre-recorded: You will have access to the recorded course or workshop for 6 months

Face-to-face: Courses in person

What are the payment options

You can make the payment through Zelle, PayPal or credit / debit card.

When can I access the course:

If your LIVE Online class, you will enter the class on the appointed day of the course, if the Course is Prerecorded, you will be able to have access when you make the payment through the platform.

Can I Download the Videos?

No, due to copyright issues you cannot download them, but you can view them from any computer, iPad or mobile phone with an Internet connection.

Do you deliver Certificate?

If we deliver Certificate of Completion in PDF, only for the courses, the 1-day Workshops do not have a Certificate.

If I have any questions or doubts after the Course, can I contact you?

If you can contact us, request an appointment with the teacher with whom you received the course and your doubt will be gladly answered, appointments are requested by email info@ktainstitute.com or by phone (786)6124893.

If I pay for my course and then I can't take the course, will I get my money back?

We do not make any refunds.

However, we make an exception for cases and causes of force majeure. Health, death of a loved one.
A fixed price of $100.00 will be retained from the refunded amount for logistics costs.
Any course started expires in full.
